This floral hoop cake topper is a simple and effective way to add a touch of pizzazz to your cakes. Pre-made hoops look great on the top of cakes or can be adapted by bending the stem to insert into face-forward cakes. Be sure to modify with intention as the stem may become weak and break if you try to re-straighten it.
